square foot cottage is sure to appeal to those looking
for comfort and privacy. We are
uniquely different from other Comox Valley vacation
accommodations as we
offer a secluded experience not commonly found in
Courtenay lodging.
The cottage is completely equipped with 2
bedrooms, full bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining
area. Enjoy your breakfast on a spacious veranda
over looking our Stone Folly by the salmon bearing
stream, and surrounded by centurion Douglas firs.
Our 1 acre property also backs onto a 20 acre nature
park with walking trails. With access to 2
bicycles a 5 minute ride will take you to downtown
Courtenay where the flavor of the Comox Valley will
surely entice you.

Reservation Policy:
A 50% deposit of your entire stay is required to
guarantee your reservation. The balance is due
upon your arrival.
We accept cash, M/C, Visa, debit
Cancellation Policy:
We require 14 days notice in order to return your
deposit, minus our $30.00 cancellation fee.
